Description

This is part of a full-length animation created for Rendia Inc. Interested parties should reach out to Rendia Inc. or me, and animations are not to be distributed in any shape or form.

Photodynamic therapy, or PDT, is a laser procedure used to help slow the progression of age-related macular degeneration. While it is not a cure, it is an effective treatment. This animation teaches patients about the relevant eye anatomy using 3D models of the retina, photoreceptors, and blood vessels. It also explains what patients should expect after the procedure, and encourages patients to be active in maintaining their eye health.
